Vivek Nama, Chief Curator of Bookaestate
— A LETTER FROM THE CURATOR —

On why Bookaestate exists.

When I began Bookaestate, it was not to build another travel company. It was to do something quieter.

The houses we care for are not meant to be advertised. The people who stay in them are not meant to be found. Our work is the slow, careful business of making sure the two meet only when it is right for both.

We are not for everyone. We are for those who prefer privacy over publicity, who would rather be hosted than served, who understand that the finest things take time and should not be rushed.
